James is a Principal of Reliant Property Group and takes an active role in the day to day operations. He has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate including property management, due diligence, construction/renovation, leasing, financing, acquisitions/dispositions, asset management, procurement, and accounting/reporting and oversees the firms operations in these areas.

 

James oversees due diligence, construction and property management/asset management for Reliant Property Group. James’ extensive property management expertise also allows him to identify areas of improvement for the property performance of acquisition candidates. He also interfaces with Reliant Property Group’s third party professional management in developing and implementing both long and short term strategic management plans.  Pre and post stabilization, James oversees property performance and ensures that asset management and performance goals are maintained. 

James received a BA in Communications from St Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas in and graduated in 1993.
